It is official, October 2009 became the month that set the latest monthly traffic record for my blog. The month recorded the 2,471 views for the month (not counting my visits), which will now become the new watermark level for this site.

I am very happy to report that August was the busiest month on record for Finance Puzzle.  It is always rewarding to see how far this blog idea of mine has gone and I couldn’t have hit these record levels without the help of other bloggers that direct traffic through referrals.

So, I finally made it….my second payday with Google adsense.  If you are familiar with Google Adsense, you are aware that you don’t get paid for any revenue your site generates until you cross over the $100 threshold.  I am happy to report that Finance Puzzle.com has finally crossed that threshold.

Reviewing my net worth as of mid-August, I am currently at a realized amount of $3,759. While that is an accomplishment in itself for this blog, I do want to setup another personal goal of havingthis amount reach $5,000 by year-end.
